Roy J. O'Brien established O'Brien's Music Store in 1939. In 1989 he celebrated his 50th anniversary in business. As part of the celebrations, our family made an appearance on the CBC show On the Road Again with Wayne Rostad. The filming of the show took place at our family country home. We've included some photos below.

Mr. O'Brien passed away in 1990 but his legacy lives on through his two son's, Roy Jr. and Gordon and of course his musical spirit lives on through his wife Nell and all of his children and grandchildren who especially enjoy getting together for a sing-a-long.
